How to order
Orders may be placed directly through our online store. Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to complete your purchase. For institutional or bulk orders, we recommend contacting us directly before ordering to discuss pricing and logistics.
Order confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation after your order is placed. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout. If you do not receive a confirmation within one business day, contact us at info@ampublishers.org.
Bulk discounts
Orders of 10 or more copies of a single title qualify for free domestic delivery. Mega discounts are available for large ensembles, schools, and institutions. Contact us at info@ampublishers.org or 314-652-6800 for bulk pricing details before placing your order.
Orders $50 and over
Orders totaling $50 or more are eligible for our best standard pricing. Additional savings may be available for qualifying bulk orders — contact us for details.
Discount code
Subscribe to our email list to receive a 10% discount on your next order. One discount per customer. Cannot be combined with other offers.
Shipping & Delivery
Domestic shipping
We ship to all 50 United States via standard mail carriers. Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight and destination at checkout. Orders of 10+ copies of a single title ship free domestically.
International shipping
We ship internationally. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping time varies by carrier and destination. You will receive tracking information when your order ships.
Digital downloads
Digital products (MP3s, digital scores) are delivered via email download link within one business day of payment confirmation. Links are valid for 30 days from delivery.
Score rental
Certain orchestral works are available for rental rather than purchase. Rental terms, duration, and fees vary by title. Contact us to inquire about score rental availability.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final
Due to the nature of printed music materials and digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ampublishers.org with a description of the issue and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Order errors
If you believe you ordered the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally before the order ships. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, we are unable to process changes or cancellations.
Performance Licensing
Public performance
Purchase of a score does not automatically grant public performance rights. Organizations performing these works publicly, including concerts, broadcasts, or streaming, must obtain the appropriate performance license. Contact us for licensing information.
Booking
For booking performances by Intercultural Music Initiative artists or ensembles, contact us directly. Booking arrangements are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on artist availability, venue requirements, and programming.

The full booking and licensing package for the Tributes to Great African Composers orchestral series includes all performance rights, orchestral parts rental, and coordination support. Contact us to discuss your programming needs before purchasing this package.
